In breaking news just to hand, detectives have reported that Professor Psycho has left his base in Tasmania, Australia and has shifted operations northwards into Melbourne, Victoria.

Police have claimed that their investigation into this matter has been somewhat hampered by the fact that any labrats left in Tasmania can easily integrate into what is considered "normal" society in the already inbred and backwards state.

Sources close to the Professor have revealed that several loyal labrats have been culled off in Tasmania, and new twisted recruits have filled out the lineup in Melbourne.
